Thank you for shopping with Sgr Gift Shop. We are committed to delivering your Premium Gift Boxes, Chocolate Gift Boxes, and Custom Gift Boxes safely and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we handle order processing, delivery timelines, and shipping-related issues.
1. Order Processing
- All confirmed orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation message or email with tracking details (if applicable).
- For custom gift box orders, additional processing time of 1–3 business days may apply depending on the level of customization.
2. Delivery Coverage
We currently offer delivery services throughout Bangladesh, including all major cities and towns.
- For remote or rural areas, delivery may take a little longer depending on the courier service’s network.
3. Delivery Timeframe

Please note that these are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier workload, weather conditions, or public holidays.
4. Shipping Charges
- Inside Dhaka: ৳80–৳100 (depending on size & weight)
- Outside Dhaka: ৳120–৳150
- Shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.
- For bulk or corporate orders, shipping costs may be calculated separately.
5. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted third-party courier services such as:
- Pathao Courier
- Steadfast Courier
- RedX Logistics
- Sundarban Courier Service
These partners are selected for their reliability, nationwide coverage, and ability to handle fragile items with care.
6. Delivery Attempts
- The courier will attempt delivery two times.
- If you are unavailable during delivery, please contact the courier directly using the tracking information provided.
- Failure to receive or respond after multiple attempts may result in order cancellation, and delivery charges will still apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Packages
We take every precaution to ensure safe packaging of fragile items like chocolates and gift boxes.
If your package arrives damaged, missing, or opened:
- Please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery.
- Include clear photos or videos of the packaging and product.
- We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
8. Delays and Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as:
- Strikes, natural disasters, floods, political unrest, or courier disruptions.
- In such cases, we will inform you of the delay and provide updates on expected delivery times.
9. Change of Delivery Address
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please notify us within 2 hours of placing the order.
Once the product has been shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
10. Lost Parcels
In rare cases where a parcel is lost during transit:
- We will work with the courier company to locate the package.
- If confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
